Closed-loop blending from certified feedstock to finished, labelled product — every batch documented, tested, and quality-released before dispatch.
API-certified base oil from EXLUBA re-refining output or approved virgin suppliers. Screened for viscosity index and contamination per ASTM D445.
Precision dosing of antiwear, antioxidant, VI improver, and detergent additive packages to achieve target product specification.
Batch-level lab testing: viscosity, flash point, TBN, pour point, ASTM D1500 colour. No product released without full QA sign-off and COA issuance.
